What’s Your 2020 Vision?

Happy New Year, friends!

The year 2020 is a definite sign that we should strive for a clear vision in the journey ahead, leaving space for harmony in our lives and greatness in our pursuits.

Maybe you’ve already forgotten about your New Year's resolution. That’s okay. If we take each day one at a time, then your resolution simply becomes a matter of daily intention. Every day is a fresh start.

It's been said that January is like the Monday of the work week. But how can we embrace this time, rather than dread it. Think about it: That layer of all things holiday is no longer busying our minds. There’s a certain calmness in the air, if you seek it. We can tap into the wisdom that comes with reflection and use what we learned in the past to set us on a path of growth.

A new year is a good time to recommit to your wellness plan. What vision do you have for your life? How can you achieve your goals? What small steps are you going to take, day by day, to move forward? How will you hold yourself accountable when it feels harder than usual?

Our 2020 Vision for K12prWell

2020 is an exciting year for k12prWell. We’re heading on the road! The first stop is at TSPRA's state conference in February. We're presenting at MinnSPRA in April, and we’re even making plans for St. Louis in July at the NSPRA National Seminar. We hope to see you there!

Speaking of NSPRA, we've been working the past few months with NSPRA leaders to turn this conversation into practice. We are excited that one of the keynote speakers in St. Louis will have a message focused on wellness. We are also excited to learn what wellness topics will be selected for the skill session lineup, helping us all become better professionals and more effective leaders.

All of this progress wouldn’t be possible without the ongoing support from Thoughtexchange and MarketVolt. Not only have these partners teamed up with us -- they’re committed to each of you, your wellness and helping you be at your best.

As you start your 2020 with a clear vision and plan for your wellness path, we wish you increased positive thinking, health, wellness and gratitude. And remember that every next level of your life will demand a different you. Give yourself time, and always treat yourself with kindness.

Thanks for being part of the #k12prWell conversation!
